Terms & Conditions

• These terms apply to the “Van der Valk Advantage at Albert Heijn” promotion (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) by Van der Valk. By placing a booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• In addition to these terms, the general terms and conditions of the respective Van der Valk Hotel apply to each booking.
• Van der Valk reserves the right to terminate the Promotion or to amend these terms at any time, without prior notice. A revised version of the terms will be published on the Van der Valk website, with an updated date.
• This offer is valid only for bookings made via https://www.valkdeals.nl/en/ah-deal.
• Stays under this Promotion can be booked between 31 October 2025 and 30 November 2025, for stays between 1 December 2025 and 31 August 2026, subject to availability. While supplies last.
• The promotional rate is non-changeable. Bookings cannot be modified, but can be cancelled free of charge until 12:00 noon on the day before arrival, via the booking confirmation email.
• A maximum of 5 rooms per person per hotel applies. For bookings exceeding 5 rooms per person on the same date, the hotel reserves the right to apply the regular rate to the additional rooms.
• Displayed prices are based on 2 persons per room. Single occupancy is possible at the same rate as double occupancy (per room).
• The 30% discount applies to the room rate and breakfast, but excludes tourist tax and consumptions. The discount does not apply if the stay is extended or rescheduled.
• By placing a booking, a direct reservation agreement is concluded with the chosen hotel. The hotel is solely responsible for the service provided and is the main contact point for any questions, remarks, or complaints regarding your booking. Payments must also be made directly to the hotel.
• Van der Valk reserves the right to withdraw or limit the promotional rate at any time, depending on date, room type, or hotel.
• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and is excluded from the Valk Loyal programme. Bookings made under this Promotion do not earn Valk Loyal points or benefits.
• Van der Valk reserves the right to refuse the promotional rate to any person who, in its opinion, does not meet these terms or appears to act fraudulently. In such cases, Van der Valk may cancel the booking.
• All intellectual property rights related to the Promotion, including texts, images, layout, software, and other information, belong to Van der Valk or Albert Heijn.
• Van der Valk is not liable for printing or typographical errors in (digital) materials promoting the Promotion.

• Dutch law applies to this Promotion. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Rechtbank Midden-Nederland, location Utrecht.
