By using the employee rate at Van der Valk, employees have the opportunity to book at the lowest possible rate. Perfect for a night away, a (mid)weekend trip, or a holiday! You’ll receive a room including breakfast at a fixed low price!

Booking Conditions

• This discount is exclusively for employees working at Vapiano and is valid at hotels that are part of the Van der Valk International branch.
• You are welcome to bring guests, but only if you are staying in one of the rooms yourself.
• Check in at the hotel reception.
• In the comments section of your booking, please include: the name of your Vapiano location, your employee number, and the name of your manager.
• You may not book more than 3 rooms per reservation (you must stay in at least one of them).
• Flexible cancellation policy allows you to cancel rooms if needed.
