- Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival. In case the expected time of arrival is past 18.00 hrs you need to prepay to guarantee your reservation. Please contact us for this.
- Check-in from 15:00 hrs.
- Check-out before 12:00 hrs.
- Pets are allowed on certain rooms (suites excluded), fee applies and only on request.
- You can request max. 1 extra bed for a child up to 11 years old. The extra charge for the extra bed is € 25,- per night on top of the mentioned price.
- A debit or credit card deposit of €150,- is mandatory for all our suites.
- Opening hours breakfast buffet: Monday - Friday 06.30 - 10.30 hrs. Saturday & Sunday 07.00 - 11.00 hrs.
- A late check-out is always upon request. This is however not possible on Saturdays and/or on our suites.
- For bookings from 10 rooms and more, special group terms and rates apply. Please contact us to request a group reservation.

The Early Toucan Weeks of Van der Valk offers you the possibility to book with discount for the spring period. Ideal for a night away, a (mid) weekend away or a holiday. You get a room including breakfast, for a fixed low price!
The conditions:
• Bookings made with the Early Toucan action rate are not transferable.
• Free cancellation is not available at some hotels.
• The maximum number of rooms that can be booked per person per hotel is set at 5 rooms. If more than 5 rooms per person are booked, the hotel in question has the right to charge the regular rate for the other rooms.
• You will receive your Valk Loyal credit worth €2.50 p.p. on the entire stay after your stay at Van der Valk if you have booked with your Valk Account. The conditions can be found at https://www.valkverrast.nl/en/valk-loyal/conditions.
• SOLD OUT = SOLD OUT. Van der Valk reserves the right at all times to no longer offer the promotional rate for a specific date or room type per hotel during the promotion.
• Prices are based on 2 persons, excl. city tax. There is no discount when you stay with 1 person in a double room.
• By placing a booking with the Early Toekan Weeks you declare that you agree with the above promotion conditions.
