- Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival. In case the expected time of arrival is past 18.00 hrs you need to prepay to guarantee your reservation. Please contact us for this.
- Check-in from 15:00 hrs.
- Check-out before 12:00 hrs.
- Pets are only allowed on Comfort rooms, fee applies and only on request.
- You can request max. 1 extra bed for a child up to 11 years old. The extra charge for the extra bed is € 25,- per night on top of the mentioned price.
- A debit or credit card deposit of €150,- is mandatory for all our suites.
- Opening hours breakfast buffet: Monday - Friday 06.30 - 10.30 hrs. Saturday & Sunday 07.00 - 11.00 hrs.
- A late check-out is always upon request. This is however not possible on Saturdays and/or on our suites.
- For bookings from 10 rooms and more, special group terms and rates apply. Please contact us to request a group reservation.

The conditions: • Bookings made with the 72-hour Deal action rate are not transferable. • Free cancellation is not available at some hotels. • The maximum number of rooms that can be booked per person per hotel is set at 5 rooms. If more than 5 rooms per person are booked, the hotel in question has the right to charge the regular rate for the other rooms. • You will receive your Valk Loyal credit worth €2.50 p.p. on the entire stay after your stay at Van der Valk if you have booked with your Valk Account. Van der Valk reserves the right at all times to no longer offer the promotional rate for a specific date or room type per hotel during the promotion. • Prices are based on 2 persons, excl. city tax.
