- Late checkout is possible on Comfort and Deluxe rooms for a fee. Except holidays, please contact our reception for availability
- Without payment, we will hold your room until 6:00 PM, if you arrive later, ask our reception for a payment link or pay via the link in your confirmation.

- The maximum number of rooms that can be booked per person per hotel is set at 5 rooms. If more than 5 rooms per person are booked, the hotel in question has the right to charge the regular rate for the other rooms.
