- Flexible rates can be cancelled free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival. In case the expected time of arrival is past 18.00 hrs you need to prepay to guarantee your reservation. Please contact us for this.
- Check-in from 15:00 hrs.
- Check-out before 12:00 hrs.
- Pets are allowed on certain rooms (suites excluded), fee applies and only on request.
- You can request max. 1 extra bed for a child up to 11 years old. The extra charge for the extra bed is € 25,- per night on top of the mentioned price.
- A debit or credit card deposit of €150,- is mandatory for all our suites.
- Opening hours breakfast buffet: Monday - Friday 06.30 - 10.30 hrs. Saturday & Sunday 07.00 - 11.00 hrs.
- A late check-out is always upon request. This is however not possible on Saturdays and/or on our suites.
- For bookings from 10 rooms and more, special group terms and rates apply. Please contact us to request a group reservation.

Van der Valk's Summer Deal offers the opportunity to book cheaply for the summer period. Ideal for a night away, a (mid) weekend away or a holiday. You get a room including breakfast, for a fixed low price!
**The conditions: **
- The maximum number of rooms that may be booked per person per hotel is set at 5 rooms. If more than 5 rooms per person are booked, the hotel in question has the right to charge the regular rate for the other rooms.
